Lead and manage safety, health, and quality management systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA (if applicable), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Understanding of all U.S. State Regulatory QHS agencies and their respective requirements. Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and 45001 program competencies and support certification activities. Conduct internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking. Support lead for incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Develop and deliver safety training programs. Monitor KPI metrics including TRIR, LTIR, near misses, and corrective action closure rates. Support emergency preparedness planning and business continuity plans and efforts. Manage regulatory reporting, documentation retention, and compliance records.
