About The Position

Clean Harbors, in Edmonton, AB is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our Industrial Services business line. The Health and Safety Manager role is one that involves collaboration and engagement in day-to-day operational activities with Clean Harbors Industrial Services team and client representatives to promote operational and safety excellence. The role involves daily participation in the Clean Harbors health and safety management system, supporting operational activities through a health and safety lens, collaborating with teams to conduct health and safety meetings, audits, and inspections, conducting incident analysis, providing leading/lagging event trend analysis, and participating in developing continuous improvement plans. The Health & Safety Manager will provide comprehensive Health and Safety support and guidance to the Canada IS West District, Health and Safety and Operations team members. The Health and Safety Manager role is one that involves active coaching and mentoring to promote and maintain a health and safety culture which is positive and sustainable.

Responsibilities
