Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English for professional communication.
- Experience in defining test strategies for complex systems.
- Strong experience in test automation and Quality Engineering.
- Experience structuring or leading test factories and QA teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Knowledge in traceability of requirements, tests, and defects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.
- Experience with test automation for Web applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience in Performance Engineering using tools like k6, JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with distributed architectures and microservices.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Practical experience with Generative AI applied to Software Quality, including test generation, synthetic data, and results analysis.
- Experience in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#.
- Experience with Observability applied to tests.
- Experience with AI applied to QA, including using LLMs for test and synthetic data generation, intelligent analysis of coverage and results, and governance/traceability in AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve test strategies for corporate applications and products.
- Lead automation, validation, and test execution initiatives.
- Develop frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for QA.
- Implement automation for Web applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Plan and execute functional, exploratory, and non-functional tests.
- Structure performance, load, stress, and resilience strategies.
- Support squads with a focus on quality, reliability, and observability.
- Utilize AI for scenario generation, coverage analysis, and test optimization.
- Define metrics, governance, and quality standards.
- Structure test factories and support the training of QA teams.
- Act on the continuous improvement of software development and delivery processes.
