Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or a related field)
2+ years of working experience in quality engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Shainin Red X).
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Able to communicate equally well with various levels of the organization (engineers, production associates, and managers).
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated
Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with customers
Able to handle multiple priorities
High commitment level

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and quality management software systems.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures and guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
Analyze test data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize statistical analysis tools and techniques to monitor process parameters and identify deviations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Establish criteria for supplier selection and evaluation to ensure the delivery of high-quality raw materials and components.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements and drive corrective actions as necessary.
Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and implement inspection and testing protocols to verify product quality and reliability.
Coordinate with testing laboratories and third-party certification bodies to validate product performance and compliance with industry standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members to drive professional growth and development.
Facilitate training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the quality team.
