Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting the Medical Technologies business; the Brookings plant’s only make-to-order business and representing the customer in the manufacturing setting. Engaging peers and working cross functionally to support the product line and drive prioritized projects. Dispositioning non-conforming product and addressing root cause of non-conformance. Identifying opportunities and leading product teams in quality and service improvements. Analyzing non-conforming trends in respective value streams to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Responsibilities
