About The Position

This role supports the Medical Technologies business at the Brookings plant, which is a make-to-order business and represents the customer in the manufacturing setting. The Quality Engineer will engage peers and work cross-functionally to support the product line and drive prioritized projects. They will be responsible for dispositioning non-conforming product, addressing the root cause of non-conformance, identifying opportunities, and leading product teams in quality and service improvements. Analyzing non-conforming trends in respective value streams to identify opportunities for improvement is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Medical Technologies business; the Brookings plant’s only make-to-order business and representing the customer in the manufacturing setting.
