About The Position
Aerometals Inc. of El Dorado Hills, California is a veteran of commercial and military aerospace manufacturing founded in 1984. We offer a full range of production services including CNC machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, autoclave, and precision assembly. Aerometals has significant experience manufacturing critical application, militarized components to OEM engineering data for use on many fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Customers include the US Military, Boeing, Lockheed, Sikorsky, etc. With over 175 skilled professionals in 150,000 sq. ft. of space, Aerometals offers competitive salaries, exceptional benefit packages, and believes in a true work-life balance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quality assessments.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations.
- 3 years in quality engineering

Responsibilities
- Oversee the NC, CS, and CA process.
- Prepare and maintain quality metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis and dispositions as needed.
- Participate in the MRB (Material Review Board) and oversee the scrap process.
- Participate in the AS9100 Quality Program.
- Verify the company’s conformance to ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements by performing internal audits of the QMS (Quality Management System).
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to maintain the Approved Supplier List.
- Perform any other duties as required by the organization.
