The Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer interfaces with customers, suppliers, and in‑house personnel to resolve quality and technical issues in a timely manner and drives continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and cost effectiveness. At the Senior level, the role additionally supports department‑level planning, coordination, monitoring, measurement, and leadership of continuous improvement initiatives, while mentoring Quality Engineering staff and leading corrective action and review boards.
