About The Position

The Quality Engineer performs inspections and establishes quality assurance testing models to analyze raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. The role supports Operations in meeting customer requirements and product specifications and carrying out process improvement actions. The engineer identifies key performance indicators for product quality and prepares and presents findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance Engineer experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with a variety of testing techniques.
• 3–5 years of experience with software QA tools and processes.
• Strong knowledge of engineering test methodology, tools, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects with multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management skills.
• Critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to travel 0–25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address compliance with customer and product specifications.
• Develop procedures to resolve standard material and product quality issues.
• Develop and plan material, product, and system tests.
• Analyze material, product, and system test results against quality assurance standards.
• Identify, suggest, and implement solutions to material and product quality problems.
• Create and present reports on the quality of materials, products, and systems to stakeholders.
