Requirements

Degree, Engineering degree preferred.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality experience, automotive industry preferred.
Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry
Experience with customer complaint reduction and PPAP documentation required.
Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Chart development
Domestic travel requirements - approximately 10%
Ability to perform multiple tasks and the ability to effectively manage time.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma or statistical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead problem-solving investigations and ensure effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, control, and recurrence prevention.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal Henkel personnel to resolve complaints and aid with the execution of APQP (Advanced Production Quality Planning) documentation using the customer’s format when required.
Work with a cross functional team to create and modify APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) documents including, but not limited to, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Process Flow and Control Plan.
Support metrology functions and activities.
