Requirements

- Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience

Responsibilities
- Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements
- Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectives
- Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goals
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
