About The Position

AT&F is a major producer of components for construction cranes, mining equipment, defense projects, structural sections for shipbuilding, power industry related components, and specialty stainless steel fabrications. AT&F is comprised of specialized Business Units (BUs): Heavy Fabricating and Precision Processing. Requirements

3+ years manufacturing, quality or process improvement experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change throughout the organization.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and inspection equipment
Detail oriented, fast paced, and self-directed
Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
Hands-on involvement in operations
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

BS degree in areas related to manufacturing, industrial engineering, and engineering technology

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, conduct, and document risk-based internal audits.
Manage audit findings, corrective-action follow-up, and effectiveness verification.
Evaluate QMS processes for compliance, implementation, and effectiveness.
Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer-related issues.
Improve the nonconformance process, including code standardization, data integrity, trend analysis, and reporting.
Develop procedures, work instructions, metrics, and training materials.
Support management review and enterprise Quality-improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor internal auditors, Quality team members, and process owners.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Operations, Welding, Inspection, IT, and other functional teams.
Other duties assigned as the business needs change.
