About The Position

Diakon Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join its logistics team. The Dispatcher serves as a communication hub, coordinating with delivery teams, supporting customers, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires strong organizational and computer skills and a commitment to exceptional service. This is a full-time, in-office position; remote and hybrid options are not available. The hourly rate is $16–$18, depending on experience, with bonus potential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes and communicate regularly with delivery teams to support a high level of customer service.
• Respond to customer calls and develop solutions to address potential issues.
• Record detailed notes and information accurately and thoroughly in the delivery system.
• Communicate solutions and updates to other departments and office staff as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate data entry.
