About The Position

The Quality Engineer role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System, the ISO 9001 standard, and customer-specific quality requirements. This position supports auditing, quality control, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining system integrity across the business unit. The role also leads structured problem-solving activities and drives quality performance through data analysis and process optimization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and document control processes
  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, 8D, and Ishikawa
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Core Tools such as FMEA and process mapping systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System, ISO9001 standards, and customer quality requirements
  • Plan and execute internal quality audits and support external audit processes
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, systems, and tools including iGrafx and related platforms
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve quality KPIs through data collection and reporting
  • Communicate quality issues and collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve non-conformances
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities across the operation
  • Participate in Gemba activities to collect and analyze operational data
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and customer regulations
  • Perform additional duties aligned with business needs and operational priorities
