About The Position

This role is responsible for torque and technical compliance for the plant, including maintaining torque data, updating standard care and QCOS documentation, supporting audits, driving training, and communicating technical process changes to plant leadership and support teams.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of systems and tools such as GSIP, GEPICS, SharePoint, GRA, PRTS, GMNA Data Page, QCOS, ToolsNET, APM, Scrap, and Level 2 BPD.
  • 1+ year of quality/torque experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in torque compliance, audit readiness, technical problem follow-up, training delivery, documentation control, and cross-functional communication across plant quality and operations teams.
  • Engineering Degree

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to email and plant communications related to torque and technical compliance.
  • Communicate torque information and process updates to plant leadership and support teams.
  • Maintain torque data and keep standard care check sheets and QCOS sheets current.
  • Complete GRATs and support torque, PCP, verification, and internal audit activity.
  • Review and address torque issues and containments, including PCP and TEB updates and related TIS/training updates.
  • Provide torque training and help develop the process monitor team.
  • Conduct correlation studies, host external audits, and support monthly audit and calibration review activities.
  • Support Level 2 BPD quality cost reporting and related cross-functional review activity.
