About The Position

Partner with the best As a Quality Compliance Engineer/Specialist, you will have varied responsibilities relating to the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), Multisite Certification Program, conducting of ISO and/or API audits, and ensuring regulatory or industry standards are embedded into our quality systems and processes.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent)
Demonstrate at least 5 years of functional quality experience
Have Certified Auditor status ISO 9001:2015 and/or API Q1/API Q2 or deemed subject matter expert for Oil & Gas industry quality standards
Demonstrate problem solving skills
Be able to speak and write English fluently

Responsibilities

Being a member of the Internal Audit and Compliance Team in performing evaluation for compliance with regulatory, statutory or industry standards requirements.
Assessing compliance of systems, processes, and procedures through internal audits
Participating in improvement projects as assigned
Providing feedback in the form of audit findings and observation and review corrective actions
Providing regional support on regulatory and industry standards expertise
Raising corrective action requests for any nonconformities identified, follow up and review effectiveness until proper closure
Serving as a subject matter expert for industry standards, regulatory and stator requirements
Identifying and/or implement regulatory compliance initiatives based on current and forthcoming regulatory requirements
ParticipatIng in HSE programs as assigned
Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance to with 6S Checklist.
