About The Position

Support the Quality Management System and Manufacturing Process Continuous Improvement. This role involves generating quality reports, organizing MRB meetings, participating in investigations for quality issues, and interfacing with customers. The position also requires maintaining quality system documentation, training records, calibration systems, and performing various quality-related verifications and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering capacity.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry, with a focus in the Quality function
  • Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Proficient at reading blueprints, military, commercial, and customer specifications
  • Advanced computer skills utilizing various software programs including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status).

Responsibilities

  • Generating Quality Reports.
  • KPI charts/data
  • Organize MRB Meetings
  • Participate in investigations for quality issues, RMA’s, process issues, etc.
  • Customer interface.
  • Root Cause Corrective Action.
  • Issue/verify effectiveness of Corrective/Preventive Action.
  • Maintain quality system document and data control (procedures, work instructions, and forms).
  • Maintain training system-database
  • Perform Internal Audits/follow ups.
  • Assist customer source inspection
  • Customer complaints assist QC with/update paperwork issues.
  • Maintain calibration system-database
  • Perform XRF validations bi-annual for all programs in system, fix minor items & coordinate service.
  • Weekly Ionic Contamination verification.
  • Assist all when forms/documents are needed.
  • Update and post SPC charts for TS&E.
  • Collect, download, and send out temperature/humidity weekly.
  • Locate missing traveler/history packages
  • Assist in maintaining Commercial, Customer, and Military Qualifications.
  • Participate and assist in Manufacturing Operations as required to support company goals. This may include rework, inspection, or similar activities.
  • Issue inspection stamps.
  • Maintain supply and issue tape for tape testing.
  • Maintain supply of Gold & Nickel rework pens (log issuance).
  • Prepare AS 9102 forms for Final Inspection as needed
  • Double check certification packages/AS9102 FAIRs for customer qualification orders or any other deemed necessary by a manager.
  • Travelers: Place all documents in order, Ensure all sign offs, Log where they go (OC or Scan), Verify lab log completed correctly.
  • RMA’s: Issue, receive, close/ Credit-Credit rebill memos, Log-database
  • Maintain Customer, Military, IPC, and Industry specifications.
  • Send/track/log all Military (monthly) and Commercial (as required) test coupons and mounts to outside services
  • Work Schedule : This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is 1st Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
