Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Manual Testing with expert proficiency is required
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors or Associates degree
- Intermediate proficiency in Quality Control QC
- Advanced proficiency in Application Quality Analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing
Responsibilities
- Ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
- Designing test cases.
- Identifying and documenting defects.
- Collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.
- Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Primarily responsible for Test Preparation and Execution activities and closely work with Test Lead in Test Planning.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios that cover all functional aspects of the solution to ensure thorough validation.
- Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and proposing innovative testing approaches.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing activities to support transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
