Reporting to the Director of Care, the Staff Educator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering education programs that support staff competence, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care. This role provides leadership in staff development, onboarding, and continuing education, ensuring that staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver safe, person-centred care in accordance with legislation, standards, and best practices.
