This role is part of an exciting Quality and Customer Satisfaction (Q&CS) team focused on advanced analytics and machine learning for emerging issue detection, problem definition, and resolution support. The team's mission is to ensure product quality performance across the complete product line by investigating and prioritizing market product quality issues. The data team uses clear and concise data storytelling to incorporate the voice of the customer into problem-solving processes. This position supports achieving product quality goals and metrics that directly pertain to customer satisfaction, utilizing fundamental and advanced analytics techniques to accelerate the field quality issue solving process for conventional, electric, and fuel cell powertrains in Trucks and Coaches. The role involves collaboration with global sites in Sweden, France, Brazil, and US locations.
