Stefanini Group is hiring a Quality Data Analyst - Automotive in Greensboro, NC. This role is part of an exciting Quality and Customer Satisfaction (Q&CS) team focused on advanced analytics and machine learning for emerging issue detection, problem definition, and resolution support. The team's mission is to ensure product quality performance for the complete product line by investigating and prioritizing market product quality issues. The data team integrates the voice of the customer into problem-solving processes through clear data storytelling. This position supports achieving product quality goals and metrics directly related to customer satisfaction. You will use fundamental and advanced analytics techniques to accelerate the field quality issue-solving process for conventional, electric, and fuel cell powertrains in Trucks and Coaches. This is a global role involving collaboration with sites in Sweden, France, Brazil, and the US.
