About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to help support and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) while driving continuous improvement across the organization. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality processes. You’ll work across teams to ensure consistency, support compliance efforts, and help bring visibility to performance through data and reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree a plus)
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and internal audits (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Resourceful mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt as the team grows
  • Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional extended hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are clearly documented, consistent, and easy to follow across teams
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management Plan (QMP), ensuring documentation stays current and aligned with business and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), partnering with teams to track issues, drive corrective actions, and support resolution
  • Lead and support internal audits, helping ensure compliance with QMS standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Review existing workflows and partner with stakeholders to enhance processes for efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that streamline operations and reduce risk
  • Track, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into quality trends and performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) to support data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Train and support team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
  • Communicate updates, insights, and quality initiatives across teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement
