About The Position

This position offers the opportunity to oversee the Quality Management System
(QMS) for the coating facility and play a key role in ensuring that each station
adheres to SOP/QMS guidelines. The Quality Coordinator will work closely with
the Coating Operations Manager and receive guidance from the Coating Quality
Supervisor, making it an ideal opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and
dynamic work environment.  The Quality Coordinator is required to by a Bilingual
Spanish speaker.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or related industrial environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
• Ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain detailed records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability and flexibility to work variable shift is required.

Nice To Haves

• Background experience in powder coating preferred.
