About The Position

Develops and leads bone marrow transplant (BMT) and Hematology/Oncology
initiatives. The Quality Coordinator works in conjunction with the BMT Program
Director to oversee BMT practice in the facility. In collaboration with medical,
administrative, and clinical leadership, this position ensures compliance with
regulatory agencies as listed below, creates and updates relevant program
policies, performs audits to evaluate policy compliance, and initiates
correction action when needed. Establishes effective strategies for service line
initiatives, education and competency, physician collaboration, integration,
outcomes, and resource utilization with the goal of increasing service line
growth, efficiency, compliance, safety, and patient experience.
