About The Position
The Coating & Laminating QC Supervisor is responsible for complete line ownership and performance accountability. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Lead shift production. Optimize yield and throughput. Work directly with Production Manager on process improvements. Assist in new product line trials (IR, ceramic, metallized films). Root cause analysis for defects.
Requirements
- 4-year high school diploma (GED)
- Deep understanding of: Optical clarity standards
- IR / UV rejection parameters
- CL defects and causes
- Lean manufacturing mindset
- Data-driven troubleshooting
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
