The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods through laboratory testing, production quality verification, and adherence to established quality systems. Working closely with Operations, Technical, and Quality teams, this position has a key role in supporting safe manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to perform production line quality checks, collect plant samples, and conduct limited routine laboratory analyses. This position works in a team environment, communicating clearly with various roles in the organization and assisting others. Employing safe work habits in the plant and laboratory are essential to success in this role.
