The Quality Control Technician is responsible for carrying out policies and procedures as implemented by EB, including GMPs, food safety, and quality, to ensure the facility is always "audit ready." This role involves verifying compliance through monitoring and documentation, implementing corrective actions for non-compliance, and managing retention samples. The technician will also inspect equipment for cleanliness and safe use, and report any food safety or quality issues immediately to management. Minor duties include placing out-of-spec items on hold, identifying quality and food safety issues, and performing GMP training.
