The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring and verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure they meet requirements, performing and recording corrective actions, and supporting internal audits to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are followed. This role also involves verifying product labeling and changeovers for accuracy, acquiring and labeling routine pre-harvest and post-harvest product samples using aseptic techniques, and sampling the production environment. The inspector will enter sample orders into the laboratory portal, ensure proper chain of custody for samples given to delivery drivers, perform data entry for validation studies, monitor inventory of quality supplies, and provide training when necessary. Additional quality-related tasks or special projects may be assigned.
