About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. The role is responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and high quality standards. The position involves inspecting materials and products, supporting quality procedures, reporting issues, maintaining records, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols.
Experience with quality control software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
Identify and report quality issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
