About The Position

The Quality Control Technician will perform various types of inspections on all Maxcess products using granite surface plates with indicator stands, test machines, micrometers, calipers, and other types of check gauges. This role involves ensuring product quality through detailed checks and updates to internal systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 35 pounds several times a day with one hand
• 20/20 vision or better

Responsibilities

• Proof read paperwork and check roll drawing specifications versus customer drawings
• Perform Initial and Final clearance checks on tools using indicators on stands
• Assemble gears on tools
• Set up and run a test machine
• Perform Initial and final inspections / several quality checks on tools
• Update transactions using oracle and WIP mover programs on the computers
• Other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives
