About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join the manufacturing team in McKinney, Texas. The ideal candidate understands the importance of maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and works well with production teams to identify quality concerns and support continuous improvement. Previous manufacturing or quality control experience is preferred, but candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The role involves inspecting materials and manufactured products, documenting results, communicating concerns, following quality procedures and safety standards, and supporting process improvements. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment and able to work scheduled overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and checks on materials and manufactured products.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential quality concerns.
