About The Position

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for testing construction materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, and documenting results to ensure road construction projects meet strict standards. This role involves working outdoors at various project sites across Wisconsin and offers opportunities to learn valuable technical skills from day one.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
