Requirements

• 1-2 years experiences with overall Quality Systems and practical application
• Print reading and interpretation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Highly Motivated Self-starter
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, basic hand functions

Nice To Haves

• Technical college preferred

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process.
• Records test data and results, applying established quality control procedures.
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
• Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
• Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards of the product.
• Collects, reviews, and maintains files of all documentation relating to production and quality control.
• Incoming Product inspections and 5 S inspections
• Process auditing and perform process training
• Return Materials Authorization management
• Other duties as assigned.
