Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within a food or beverage production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety specifications.
  • Monitor and document quality processes, including code date verification, scale calibration, metal detection checks, sanitation inspections, and traceability requirements.
  • Identify, isolate, and escalate non-conforming materials or products while partnering with Production and Quality leadership to resolve issues.
  • Support food safety and regulatory compliance activities, including HACCP, FSMA, environmental monitoring, corrective actions, and incident investigations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality, food safety, and operational performance.
  • Train and support production team members on quality procedures, food safety requirements, and accurate documentation practices.
