About The Position

We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to join our Quality Control team. This is an administrative position based at our Corporate Office, supporting licensing, training, and compliance across the company. You’ll play a key part in making sure our technicians are properly licensed, trained, and ready to work—while helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Excel, databases, and office tools
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • High level of accuracy and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative or office support experience
  • Experience with licensing, compliance, or records management is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Process new hire licenses and renewals (SPCB & Ag.)
  • Track licenses (Branch 1, 2, 3, QAL, PCA, RA, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate licensing records and databases
  • Monitor expiration dates and notify teams ahead of time
  • Coordinate and communicate training schedules
  • Support QC, regulatory, and training documentation
  • Respond to licensing questions from technicians and managers
  • Assist with corporate support tasks (calendars, meetings, internal coordination)
  • Help keep records organized and audit-ready
