About The Position

Lead quality control inspection and testing activities for materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Honeywell’s Quality Engineering team. Ensure quality is maintained across production and oversee quality control activities and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Establish and implement a complete quality control program to identify potential and actual problems, and oversee team participation in corrective actions. Apply expertise and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical quality control issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

• Guide talent.

• Supervise final inspection, NDT, CMM, and FAI teams.
• Balance workload to optimize inspection-team output.
• Provide process and compliance support.
• Drive continuous improvement of final inspection operations.
• Ensure inspection personnel receive proper training.
• Maintain electronic work instructions for final inspection.
