Quality Control Supervisor - Aggregates
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will lead quality control activities to ensure aggregates meet internal standards and customer specifications. The supervisor will oversee sampling, testing, and documentation to support consistent product quality, promote a strong safety and compliance culture, and partner with operations to identify quality trends and drive corrective actions. They will also support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality control processes in an industrial or mining environment
- Strong understanding of aggregate testing methods, specifications, and quality systems
- Proven capability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, sales, and customers
- Comfortable using laboratory, reporting, and basic computer systems
Responsibilities
