The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of documentation, as well as verifying Jack Henry CORE system information inputs, related to new deposit account setups and any account maintenance performed by Business Units. This includes reviewing new and existing Customer Information Files (CIF), Customer Identification Program (CIP) records, and all supporting source documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. The specialist is also responsible for indexing CIF and account level documentation into the central repository to ensure proper organization, accessibility, and audit readiness.
