About The Position

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. In short, a Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily. Quality Control objectives are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in excel preferred.
