About The Position

Office Pride of North Alabama is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to maintain quality standards across multiple customer locations in Huntsville, Alabama. The role combines quality inspections, employee training, and on-site coaching. The specialist visits customer facilities, inspects completed cleaning work, verifies that reported issues have been corrected, documents findings through a mobile app, and provides hands-on training and support to cleaning technicians.

This is a part-time, Monday–Friday position scheduled from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience. A company vehicle may be available during working hours. The position may also involve corrective cleaning when needed.

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own transportation.
• Smartphone capable of running company applications and taking photos.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning duties when necessary.
• Ability to walk commercial facilities and climb stairs for extended periods.
