About The Position

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily. The objectives of this role are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.

Requirements

High School or GED required.
Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.
Strong attention to detail skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be comfortable working on site.
Availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.
Works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
Proficiency in excel preferred.
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed documents and reports.
Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
