The Quality Control (QC) Specialist will require travel to various job sites within the state of Alaska. This position will provide the knowledge, skills, and experience to define, inspect, and document the daily work associated with ongoing construction or environmental projects to ensure that the work is being completed in accordance with the established minimum standards and scope of work for the project. The QC Specialist’s role is to support the Corporate QC Program and the required Quality Control Process, the Project Manager, and others who are focused on the broader aspects of the project. The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the project's Quality Control Program in accordance with USACE contract requirements, specifications, and the approved Quality Control Plan. This position ensures all construction activities meet contract requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations. The Quality Control Specialist will actively utilize RMS to manage project documentation, track inspections, maintain quality records, and coordinate with government representatives throughout project execution. The pay rate for this position is $45.00/hour.
