About The Position

As a Quality Control Specialist at MKS, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Sales, internal teams, suppliers, and customers, to help ensure quality standards are maintained throughout our processes and shipments. In this role, you will support day-to-day quality activities, production needs, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will report to the Sr. Quality Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of process audits

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine process audits
• Supporting MRB disposition activities in collaboration with Buyers, Operations, and Supplier Quality
• Supporting and maintaining calibration systems
• Working closely with Manufacturing (Tech Ops) to support daily production needs
• Participating in Gemba Walks and maintaining Gemba action items
• Supporting quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities across cross-functional teams
