About The Position

The Quality Control Manager oversees quality assurance and inspection processes in a fabrication shop, ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and company standards. The role works closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes and product quality. This position is based in New Albany, Indiana, offers 40 or more hours per week, and is contract to hire. Applicants should have at least three years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

Requirements

Previous quality control or quality assurance experience in a fabrication shop environment.
Manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
At least three years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

Responsibilities
