About The Position

Adam Richmond Safety Services is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple locations and ensure high standards of safety and compliance. Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager or similar QC/QA leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant quality-control or safety certifications, such as CQM or OSHA 30.
• Solar or Journeyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments across multiple job sites.
• Identify quality and safety deficiencies and drive corrective action plans through resolution.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate quality-control documentation, reports, and project records.
• Train and mentor staff on quality-control protocols and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report quality metrics to senior leadership.
