Requirements

1+ years of professional experience working in Quality Management
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
Attention to detail
Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
Proven hands-on experience as a mechanic, with strong diagnostic and repair skills

Nice To Haves

Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for our client.
Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations
Research and identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources
Provide recommendations to Maintenance Manager on ways to improve existing quality processes
Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with company procedures
Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies
Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products
Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade
Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards.
