Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience working in Quality Management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
  • Attention to detail
  • Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
  • Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
  • Proven hands-on experience as a mechanic, with strong diagnostic and repair skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for our client.
  • Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations
  • Research and identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources
  • Provide recommendations to Maintenance Manager on ways to improve existing quality processes
  • Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with company procedures
  • Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies
  • Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products
  • Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade
  • Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards.
