Requirements

Custodial or janitorial experience
Strong sense of accountability and reliability
Takes ownership of work and follows through
Organized and detail oriented
Comfortable working independently
Willing to help others and lead by example
Good driving record
Own vehicle for driving to and from locations
Valid driver’s license
Personal cell phone required for timekeeping
Comfortable handling added responsibility and travel

Responsibilities

Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly
Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues
Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent
Travel between multiple locations as needed
Support and guide custodial staff
Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations
Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked
Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required
Drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform everyday tasks
