About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about continuous improvement, process optimization, and maintaining a culture of quality. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with production and management teams to drive quality performance, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management required.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor quality personnel to promote a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to quality performance and compliance.
- Drive root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives.
