A Quality Control Inspector will ensure products meet manufacturer, Client, and Industry standards by examining materials and finished goods for defects. They monitor warehouse processes, use precision measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges) and document test results, accepting or rejecting material by using industry standards and procedures to maintain quality and safety. Inspection & Testing: Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials and finished products. Measurement: Utilizing tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometer to verify specification compliance. Documentation: Record inspection data including quantities, grades and any defects that may be present in the material. Reporting and Compliance: Report and maintain an open communication with warehouse leadership and Sales personnel to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Process Improvement: Help with process improvement by reviewing and recommending adjustments to warehouse and inspection processes.
