Requirements

Prefer High School Diploma or GED
good math skills
1-2 years experience with manufacturing processes, print reading, precision measurement tools.
Strong focus on work accuracy and ability to read and interpret information from part specification prints.
Full-time, with occasional Saturday overtime as needed, adherence to attendance and company policies.
Familiarity with use of precision measurement tools, data collection, data entry and reporting.
Effective and productive written and verbal communication skills and supportive interaction with others
Demonstrated personal commitment to reliable work with a high standard for unbiased work accuracy.

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, & measure work pieces: Use precision measurement tools and test equipment to verify conformance of work pieces to part specification prints.
Document and report: Document test and inspection data gathered and report results
Collaborate with shop personnel: Work with manufacturing shop team members to communicate inspection and test results, problem solve and ensure manufacturing specifications are met.
Safety adherence: Follow safety protocols and wear all required PPE for the duration of time in safety-sensitive areas.
